Professional Bio
Mr. Maxwell is a Senior Estate Accountant at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP where he prepares federal and state estate tax returns as well as gift tax returns for the firm's clients and advises on estate related matters.
He is also an Adjunct Professor of law for the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where he teaches Decedents' Estates & Trusts for 2L and 3L students, and teaches Fundamentals of Testamentary Estate Planning and Wealth Tax for the Graduate Tax Program.
