Brian Gordon has been an attorney and shareholder or GORDON & ASHWORTH, P.C. since 1997. The firm was originally formed in 1879.
Brian practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation.
Brian has drafted wills, powers of attorney, living will declarations, healthcare powers of attorney, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, as well as other estate planning instruments.
Brian has represented fiduciaries in estate administration from probate to distribution and has served as executor of estates and agent under powers of attorney where needed.
Brian has represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate litigation matters. Where feasible, Brian has worked assiduously to resolve family conflicts, rather than spend money in estate litigation.
Brian has represented a principal beneficiary in one of the largest estate litigation matters in Pennsylvania.
Brian has lectured at the PBI Estate Planning Institute, Jenkins Law Library CLE Program and given lectures on estate planning and financial literacy to community members in Temple University’s outreach efforts and other community presentations.
