Brian Balduzzi of Holland & Knight LLP in Philadelphia, PA. Brian Balduzzi received his JD and Tax LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, where he was honored with the Sylvia Beinecke Robinson Award, and received his MBA from Cornell University as a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow. As part of the Private Wealth Services group, Brian assists individuals and families, and their fiduciaries, domestically and internationally, to preserve, manage and transfer wealth. Brian implements sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business succession planning. In addition, Brian has been an esteemed adjunct professor in tax, estate planning, business law, and finance for a number of undergraduate, graduate, and law schools.
