She holds her Master's degree in Social Service from Bryn Mawr College and is certified as an Advanced Social Work Care Manager from the National Associate of Social Workers (NASW). She has been coordinating care for aging and chronically ill individuals for 19 years with extensive experience in long-term care, health care, hospice, home care, and Medicare care management.
